1. PARTIES
SELLER: Tosbaware
BUYER: The user purchasing product via the platform
2. SUBJECT OF CONTRACT
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products subject to sale are digital license and subscription services:
- CS2 Premium Access: Premium features for Counter-Strike 2 game
- SkinChanger Pro: In-game skin changer tool
- Other Digital Products: All digital services listed on the platform
Important Warning: Right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after digital products are delivered. Please review product features carefully before purchasing.
4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
4.1. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via 3rd party payment provider Shopier:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Debit Card
- Bank Transfer/EFT
- Crypto Currency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)
4.2. Delivery
Digital products are defined to your user account instantly after payment confirmation. Access information to the product can be viewed via the dashboard.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 15 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the delivery of digital content and services.
Right of Withdrawal Exceptions:
- Delivered digital contents
- License keys presented for use
- Activated subscriptions
6. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
6.1. Rights
- Right to use the purchased product in accordance with usage conditions
- Right to receive technical support
- Right to benefit from product updates
- Right to protection of personal data
6.2. Obligations
- To use the product only for personal use
- Not to share license keys with third parties
- To comply with usage terms
- To fulfill payment obligations on time
7. SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
7.1. Rights
- Right to suspend/close accounts violating usage terms
- Right to change product prices (existing subscriptions not affected)
- Right to update service terms
7.2. Obligations
- To deliver products completely and on time
- To provide technical support
- To protect personal data
- To provide secure payment infrastructure
8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not accepted after delivery. However, a refund can be requested in the following cases:
- If the product is never delivered
- If the product cannot be used due to technical failure
- Wrong product delivery
9. PAYMENT SECURITY
All payments are processed via PCI DSS certified Shopier payment infrastructure. Your credit card information is not stored on Tosbaware servers.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed and protected within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. You can review our Privacy Policy page for detailed information.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the resolution of any disputes arising from this contract, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized for the resolution of disputes.
12. ENFORCEMENT
When the BUYER approves this contract electronically, the contract provisions come into force and become binding for the parties.
