2. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
The following products are strictly non-refundable:
- Activated Licenses: Digital keys that have been put into use
- Started Subscriptions: Subscription services that have started being used
- Downloaded Content: Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
- Used Coupons: Applied discount coupons
3. REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Situations Where You Can Request Refund:
- Delivery Error: If the product was never delivered
- Wrong Product: If a different product than ordered was sent
- Technical Failure: If the product cannot be used at all due to technical reasons
- Double Payment: If payment was made twice for the same product

6. PAYMENT CANCELLATION

- Full amount is refunded
7. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Subscription Cancellation:
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically
- Manual renewal is required at the end of term
- Active subscriptions cannot be cancelled
- Can be used until expired
8. PARTIAL REFUND
Partial refund may be made in some cases:
- Unused Time: Unused part of subscription time (exceptional cases)
- Package Products: Unused part of the package
- Technical Problems: Service interruption time
9. REFUND REJECTION
Refund request is rejected in the following cases:
- If product has started being used
- If license key is viewed
- If terms of use are violated
- If fake information provided
- If refund period passed (24 hours after delivery)
10. PAYMENT PROVIDER POLICY
Since payments are processed via Shopier:
- Shopier's refund policy also applies
- Payment disputes are handled via Shopier
- Chargeback processes are managed by Shopier
